The Mumbai Chapter of ACRI conducted an online workshop on 20 October 2021, facilitated by Anant Ahuja, co-founder of Irregulars Alliance. The workshop brought together like minded entrepreneurs making their way forward in the cultural and creative industry in India. Taking into account the impact of COVID - 19 on the industry, the workshop gave an insight into the essentials of running a successful business, and explored topics like growth and sustainability, necessary interpersonal skills, strategy building, legal and finance. The workshop also introduced participants to collaborative tools like google suite, and how they can simplify work in the online environment.
The workshop ended with an energetic Question and Answer discussion and a lively informal conversation with the participants.
